We currently do our best to be able to provide support to everyone that we can. We currently service the East Side Metro of the Twin Cities in Minnesota for on-site support. This mainly includes cities located in the Washington County area. We also service St Croix County in Wisconsin.

We are currently working to expand our area in which we are able to do service and allow for more convenient methods to obtain help by utilizing remote support. Stay tuned for more information for when remote support will be available.

Jacobson PC Service offers different methods of payments. We are able to accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure billing service website as well as accepting Cash while on-site.

At the time of booking your appointment you may be asked to provide a credit or debit card to be placed on hold. When your service is complete you can choose to use this method for payment or change your method of payment.

You will not be charged until the service is complete and the invoice has been signed.

Jacobson PC Service understands that your time is valuable and that your schedule can change on short notice. We offer a flexible rescheduling policy to meet the needs of our valuable customers and our valuable technicians. 

You may reschedule a confirmed in-home appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. A $25 service fee may be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time.

If you decide to cancel an appointment you may be charged a fee if it is canceled less than 3 hours from the appointment time. The standard rate is $25. This fee does NOT apply to remote service appointments or any appointments that are canceled prior to 3 hours from the appointment time. This fee may also be waived at the discretion of management.
